About me
How Remember Your Goddess was born
A woman should know her body far beyond what she was taught at school. She should understand her rhythms, recognise her changes, understand her needs and discover everything that happens within her throughout her life, so that she can inhabit her body and know herself. And that is what Remember Your Goddess is about.
Remember Your Goddess was born from the search that led me to explore my relationship with the body, femininity and our cyclical nature. I began to question many of the ideas I had learned about what it means to be a woman, how we should behave and how we are supposed to live in our bodies.
Why do we know so little about our menstrual cycle? Why do we normalise living exhausted, ignoring our needs and constantly fighting against our own rhythms? Why have so many of us grown up without the tools to understand the changes we go through each month?
As a holistic menstrual cycle educator, I discovered a universe that went far beyond menstruation. A universe that brings together biological knowledge about the menstrual cycle, female physiology and hormonal changes with the ancestral wisdom that has accompanied the experience of being a woman for generations, and which today, instead of being basic knowledge, is considered alternative. It has been an intense journey, full of joy. That is why my mission is to help women connect with their power and their creative fire in a way they never imagined.
What would happen if we stopped fighting against our nature?
Your cyclical nature would become an opportunity to relate to yourself from a different place: understanding your body and recognising that it is part of you, not something you have to control, silence and adjust all the time.
Remember Your Goddess was also born from my years working with women, from my creative path, from my own search and from my wish to share all this valuable information that it seems they don't want you to know.
It is a space to explore our relationship with the body, instinct, cyclical nature, archetypes, sensuality and creativity. A place to question what we have learned about how we should be and to make room to discover who we really are. Here you will not find a formula to become the woman you "should" be, nor a single way of living your femininity.
I want to share with you knowledge, tools and experiences that help you understand your biology, listen to your body, explore your inner world and reclaim the freedom to decide how you want to inhabit your own cyclical nature.
We don't need anyone to teach us how to be women. We need access to knowledge, spaces where we can explore ourselves without judgement, and the freedom to discover our own way of being one.
Coming back to yourself is the beginning of everything.
