Type of contract

Access to Remember Your Goddess is through a subscription fee of 20 € per month.

Signing up activates automatic billing, which repeats the charge at the start of each new period using the payment method provided at registration.

The subscription has no minimum commitment. You can cancel it whenever you wish from your account management area.

Each member is responsible for checking the status of her subscription and cancelling before the next billing date if she does not wish to continue.

Cancellation

When you cancel, future renewals will stop.

Payments for months that have already started will not be refunded for personal reasons, lack of participation or not using the materials.

Your account will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that date, access to the community and its private resources will be deactivated.

This condition does not limit any rights of withdrawal or other refund or termination rights that are mandatory under applicable law.

How Remember Your Goddess works and evolves

The experience takes place through different proposals that are renewed every month.

The membership includes two online gatherings a month, a new monthly file of exclusive content and access to the private communication space.

Themes, formats and experiences are designed according to each month's plan. For this reason, the content will not necessarily follow an identical structure every period.

The organisation may change the calendar, replace an activity or introduce new proposals when circumstances require. Any relevant change will be communicated to members.

The availability of recorded materials will be subject to the conditions indicated for each resource.

Appropriate use of the private spaces

The channels of Remember Your Goddess are intended for the participation of its members and for exchanges related to the purpose of the community.

They may not be used for commercial prospecting, advertising or seeking business opportunities.

The following uses are not allowed:

• Contacting members to offer them your own professional services or products.
• Sharing commercial links, promotions or external campaigns.
• Using conversations to recruit clients or collaborators.
• Advertising projects unrelated to Remember Your Goddess without prior approval.

Any collaboration or commercial exchange initiative must be authorised by the organisation.

Ownership and protection of Remember Your Goddess materials

The resources developed for Remember Your Goddess are part of an original creative and educational work. Their content does not become the property of the people who access the membership.

Protected materials include, among others, classes, documents, recordings, texts, exercises, practice sequences, audios, visual resources, designs and original methodological developments.

Each member is granted permission to view and use these resources exclusively for her personal use.

She is not authorised to:

• Include them in her own trainings, programmes or professional services.
• Reproduce or transform them in order to sell them.
• Create products or experiences that substantially reproduce original Remember Your Goddess materials.
• Publish, distribute or make them available to other people.
• Use the gatherings as material for her own training or teaching.
• Extract, copy or rebuild the resources to create an equivalent commercial offer.

This prohibition covers both the direct exploitation of the materials and their use through third parties.

General ideas, the knowledge acquired and each member's personal experience are not reserved to the organisation. The protection refers to the works, materials, expressions and original elements that are legally protectable.

Any licence of use other than personal use must be agreed in advance and in writing with the rights holder.

Individual access

Registration is linked to a single person. Sharing accounts, passwords, private links or access files with other people is not allowed.

The organisation may restrict access when it detects signs of transfer, impersonation or unauthorised use of an account, after assessing the circumstances.

Privacy during activities

Gatherings may include spaces for conversation and personal participation. For this reason, all members are expected to respect the privacy of the others.

It is not allowed to share outside Remember Your Goddess any personal stories, contributions or private information shared by other participants.

When a session is going to be recorded, its purpose and the conditions of participation will be communicated in advance. The appearance of image or voice in recordings will be subject to the legally required safeguards and consents.

Members may not make their own recordings or share fragments of the sessions without authorisation.

Scope of the experiences

The proposals of Remember Your Goddess have an educational, formative and personal exploration purpose.

The gatherings and materials are not health services and do not replace a medical, psychological or therapeutic assessment.

Body and somatic practices are voluntary. Each member must take her individual circumstances into account, respect her limits and stop any exercise that causes her discomfort.

Protecting the community environment

Taking part implies keeping a respectful attitude towards the other members and towards the organisation.

Behaviour that compromises the safety of the space will not be accepted, such as threats, harassment, discrimination, disclosure of private information or abusive use of the community channels.

When a breach occurs, the organisation may take proportionate measures, which may include a warning, limiting certain functions or ending the participation.

The financial consequences of a possible expulsion will be determined respecting the consumer's legal rights and the circumstances of the breach.

Final provisions

The organisation may make adjustments to the way Remember Your Goddess works and update these terms to respond to operational needs or regulatory changes.

Changes that substantially affect the contract will be communicated in advance, and the rights of the members will be respected.

These terms are governed by the applicable law, including the mandatory consumer protection provisions.
